COMFORTABLE FAMILY APARTMENT JUST A FEW METERS FROM THE BEACH.

'La Mediterranea' apartment is situated only a 100m from the beach in the Mediterranean sea. Ideal for a family or friends who want to enjoy waterfront restaurants where to find fresh fish and other regional dishes and of course a great beach vacation.

Recently refurbished and well equipped in a great location for a summer holiday. A 15 minute walk to the rail/bus station with direct lines (every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona. Also, small circuit buses go to the station every half hour (bus stop 100 meters).

The lounge/dining area is spacious. Large picture window and door leads out onto a large balcony. This is furnished with table and chairs for 'al fresco' breakfasts in the sun, or cool sundowners.

3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single with a pullout additional bed). The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, toilet, bidet and retro tiling/fittings with hairdryer.

Well equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. Full oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, hand blender, coffee plunger, full dinner service, and glasses. Washing machine, dishwasher.

Internet free of charge and TV in the lounge.

Children are very welcome in this apartment. We regret the lack of access for people with limited mobility.

For your safety, we have installed smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher.

The apartment was just perfect plenty of room perfect location one if the best Aircon apartments I have ever stayed in balconies front and back plenty of room on the front one for six people,games pack , also a lovely touch with a welcome pack,Had a problem getting in with the lock sticking,but Andrea was amazing phoned a locksmith out and Andrea turned up out if hours to wait whilst the locksmith fitted a new lock and phoned us when it was finished whilst we went for refreshments.We thank Andrea so much for everything and were hoping to come back next August for 2 weeks

Estuvimos super bien instalados, y además no podríamos haber tenido mejor bienvenida. Andrea es una excelente anfitriona. El piso es estupendo y la situación inmejorable.

Nos gusta mucho el apartamento y hace años que vamos todos los veranos. no obstante habría que mejorar: 1º Las almohadas son muy incómodas, deberían cambiarse por otras a poder ser viscoelásticas (no de copos). 2º Tanto la lavadora como el lavavajillas no están conectados eléctricamente a Tierra y dan calambre, esto es importante y debería solucionarse ya que producirse algún accidente grave.

Bonito apartamento, aunque precisaría de una reforma, dado el precio de alquiler. La ducha sigue dando problemas, ya que el agua se enfría de golpe. Las almohadas son bastante incómodas y el lavavajillas da calambres, es de suponer que por falta de toma de tierra. La situación es muy buena y la limpieza y atención impecables. La calle es tranquila y se descansa sin problemas incluso los fines de semana.

Ya son cuatro años que alquilamos el apartamento y aunque la ubicación nos parece ideal, en esos cuatro años nos da la impresión que el apartamento se ha ido envejeciendo, sin que se hayan efectuado más reformas que el aire acondicionado y una nueva lavadora. Serían de agradecer unas almohadas viscoelásticas y una revisión a fondo, ya que hay defectos que ya se indicaron a la Srta. Andrea y actualmente el precio parece algo alto para lo que ofrece. Por lo demás la atención y la limpieza siguen siendo excelentes.

Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de la playa y del paseig maritim. Apartamento muy bien equipado, de acuerdo a la descripcion. Le recomiendo totalmente.

Nice place, near the sea. Apartment was clean and cozy, with 2 balconys and quiet neighborhood. Andrea was amazing and kind. Only minor problem was, that if you want to go for shopping, the center of town is about 2,5km away..but we do like walking, so that was fine for us:). I recommend this place for everyone!

"In September 2017, my husband and I spent a glorious few days in this simple but beautifully- appointed apartment, with three other friends. Breakfast on the balcony with views over the town- unbeatable. There is everything you need here for a relaxing holiday and the location is superb. It ls easy walking distance from
the beach with its bars and from a wealth of restaurants and cafés. You have to try early morning coffee at the port, watching the fishing boats coming in, and do
not miss the best patatas bravas in the world, at La Carpeta Moderna restaurant /terrace on PLaça de la Vila. Perfect! "

"I had a wonderful time here at Villanova. We felt that we got to live an authentic spanish life for the few days that we were there, from fishermen coming into the harbour in the morning, to the getting an espresso at the bar at the local market. My husband and I were able to walk along the shoreline to gorgeous Sitges where we had a few cocktails overlooking the iconic beach, luckily Viilanova is a short and easy train ride away! 
The flat itself is all we could have asked for, well kept, simple, comfy beds, functioning kitchen, and above all, only a couple of minutes from the beach"
